Te Auaha is proud to be taking part in the Wellington International Pride Parade which is part of the wider Wellington Pride Festival. The parade takes place on the 11 May at 6.00 PM.
Te Auaha will be showcasing a collaboration of Māori, Cook Islands and Samoan dancers at the parade. Greer Perenara will also be joining our performance and will be singing “I know where I’ve been”.
The annual Wellington International Pride Parade is a celebration of inclusivity and acceptance and will feature a diverse mix of the public marching, dancing and singing together.
The parade route begins at Tennyson Street and finishes at outside Macs Brew Bar on Odlins Plaza via Courtenay Place.
This is set to be a great event so make sure you come along on the 11 May.
