"I have come to enjoy the simplicity of listening to my material.

Forms and features reveal themselves from captivity.

I focus on achieving an impossible balance of considered action and thoughtless impulsiveness. This grants me as close to a fair collaboration between myself, and my medium as possible. Gleaning all I can from my subject along the way.

With this work I feel akin to an archaeologist with a brush.

Not all suggestions are accepted by the stone, they retaliate with primitive displays of warped compositions.

I can only offer another road and hope it leads to serendipitous compromise."
